Ruby Jayne

My sister-in-law & I have started a little mini-business fixing up old furniture and vintage items. It’s called Ruby Jayne. We have had a lot of fun finding lost treasures and making them great again.

Just wanted to share some of the items. I will be posting items occasionally on my blog readers for a sneak peak. If you see an item you want, you get first dibs before we take it to market. If you are interested in any of the items, I can send better pictures and measurements. Just email me or post a comment. (wildingamber@yahoo.com)

Hope you enjoy Ruby Jayne as much as we have!

Candyland Party

This is honestly one of the cutest parties I have ever seen. Cute Mom, Katherine Marie (photographer and SUPER creative and fun) did this party with a creative and fun theme. Her blog is amazing, if you have kids GO THERE and get excited about new and amazing ideas!

Each child received a roll of pennies to buy candy with, a toothbrush (hello, genius) and a lot more! Cute, cute, capital C. Cute.

Greg Appreciation Day!

At the end of July, my hubbie was gone for 2 weeks and while he was gone, I realized just how much I appreciate him.  Back in college, some friends of mine took me to dinner and told me it was “Amber Appreciation Day!” It was so thoughtful and made me feel so great, that I decided to have Greg Appreciation Day!

If there is someone in your life that you appreciate, this is a really fun way to let them know. I took balloons and put them all over the house. On each one, I wrote a reason I appreciate him.

It’s a fun surprise and a good reason to have a celebration without a birthday or holiday!
